**Job Description Summary**
The EMI Global Supply Planner role is a critical part of EMI supply chain planning team and will be responsible for all supply planning activities for their corresponding product lines under EMI hub.

**About the role:**
Primary focus for this role will be converting the demand plan and business requirements into a supply plan for our plant by considering capacity, raw material and other constraints. This role is responsible to develop a Master Production Schedule that meets customer and business requirements, identify solutions to resolve gaps to meet customer needs by working with cross functional team members. Key metrics that this role is responsible for are but not limited to Backorder, Inventory, OTIF, plant performance and supply response accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Lead the S&OP process, develop execution plans, and resolve gaps or issues.
+ Develop a 12-24 month rolling supply plan, reconciling supply against demand and financials.
+ Oversee plant planning and EMI S&OE team to ensure customer needs are met.
+ Track key metrics (production plan attainment, backorders, inventory, OTIF), report gaps, and develop gap closure plans.
+ Lead Global Supply consensus meetings with stakeholders.
+ Participate in budgeting/financial discussions to reconcile demand, plant volumes, and supply plans.
+ Drive ERP parametric settings and master data.
+ Participate in new product introductions or discontinuations.
+ Manage purchase orders and communicate delivery information.
+ Review and maintain systems parameters, provide data for KPIs, assess and optimize business processes.
COMPETENCIES:
+ Strong analytical skills, advanced PC applications (Power BI, SAP), and ERP system familiarity
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to interact across multiple functions
+ Leadership skills for running meetings, coordinating information, and facilitating teamwork/collaboration
+ Solid knowledge of Supply Chain procedures, S&OP process, and project coordination/management
+ Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability, growth mindset, and servant leadership
**About you:**
+ BA/BS in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related Business experience
+ Minimum of 5 years analytics and/or planning experience required.
+ APICS CPIM certification and SAP knowledge preferred.
+ Extensive experience with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of integrated Supply Chain Systems (e.g. SAP ECC, MRP).
+ Knowledge and awareness of Lean techniques and Six Sigma a plus.
