**Global Supply Planner**
**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
— Pairing with GMP to manage the supply planning activities in the regional scope responsible, supporting to form the optimized E2E supply network plan for the value stream
— Collaborate with GMP & SPA to deliver the optimized supply plan by adopting system functionalities and planning policies/processes
— Collaborate & orchestrate with the supply parties & markets in their responsible region contributing to supply chain performance for the entire value stream, proactively manage supply risks and support GMP in planning escalations & communications.
— Execute supply planning S&OP process, contribute in process optimization and as the backup for GMP
**You are responsible for**
+ **Development and Maintenance of Supply Chain Processes and Procedures:** Responsible for developing and maintaining supply chain processes and procedures to ensure the achievement of supply chain objectives.
+ **Data Analysis and Improvement:** Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
+ **Cross Departmental Collaboration:** Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the attainment of supply chain goals.
+ **Project Management:** Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
+ **Oversight of Production Planning, Transportation, and Warehousing:** Oversee production planning, transportation, and warehousing.
+ **Collaboration with Sales and Finance Departments:** Work with sales and finance departments to forecast demand and budget.
+ **Risk Management:** Conduct risk management for supply chain contracts and agreements.
+ **Inventory Control:** Control company inventory levels to ensure the realization of business objectives.
+ **Problem Solving:** Resolve any supply chain related issues or complaints that arise.
**You are a part of** planning team.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification in business, supply chain management or operations management preferred
+ At least 3-5 years relevant work experience in supply planning using advanced planning system
+ Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM, CPF Institute of Forecast & Planning, is a plus
+ Understanding of SAP or similar ERP system, and advanced planning systems such as Blue Yonder, O9, OMP, SAP, etc
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Experienced in managing multiple areas of supply chain such a planning, scheduling, logistics, warehousing and inventory management, network design, etc.
+ Experience in managing a diverse team with different professional and cultural backgrounds
+ Excellent language skill in English speaking, reading, writing
+ Computer Literacy
+ Strong command of windows and office software
+ Experience in influencing and driving change within supply chain function
+ Customer orientated and focused
+ Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
+ “Can-do” attitude, self-motivated, extrovert personality
+ Travelling frequency <25%
