**Description**
The Manager, NA Online Supply Chain role reports to the Vice President, North America Online Supply Chain and serves as a liaison among business and functional partners to effectively generate, validate, analyze, and communicate data insights. This position collaborates with internal and external resources to recommend and implement solutions that will enable the business to achieve its goals at scale. This role will support key strategic projects centered on optimizing the online supply chain ⁃ across planning, fulfillment, and post⁃purchase ⁃ by leveraging data to inform actions alongside high judgement. The analyst will have special emphasis on reoccurring reporting and monitoring of priority KPIs that inform the health of the business. As needed, this role will also work closely with the Online and Supply Chain Finance communities on analysis of 3PL performance, metrics, and settlements. It requires a proven track record of establishing and supporting implementation of strategic direction on priority projects based on insights generated from the data analysis.JOB DESCRIPTIONPerformance Framework Design ⁃ Identify and align key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and execution across all elements of online supply chain (e.g., planning, fulfillment, post⁃purchase, etc.) ⁃ Benchmark KPIs across brands & functional areas, build mechanisms to quickly identify data trends and improvement opportunities, and make recommendations for how to action the insights with scale across the portfolio ⁃ Build and vet methodology to capture critical, consumer⁃facing 3PL/internal fulfillment metrics that are accurate and allow the business to better evaluate its performance on an ongoing basisData Visualization ⁃ Partner with functional stakeholders to design and develop a KPI reporting dashboard that can be manipulated as needed to draw insights, both at scale and with a narrow focus, based on the needs of the business⁃ Systematically measure and report of identified KPIs and leverage in cross⁃functional business reviews (e.g., Weekly Online Business Review, Monthly NA Supply Chain Performance Review, Monthly Global Supply Chain Business Review, etc.) ⁃ Build reporting as a storytelling tool ⁃ allowing stakeholders to digest insights quickly and drive immediate action ⁃ Build actionable insights view for priority / special projects based on data analysis performedOngoing Reporting & Analysis ⁃ Generate and present recent and trended data insights to relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis to help motivate and influence actions for continuous improvement opportunities ⁃ Leverage data insights to inform recommendations on how to evolve back⁃office capabilities that better support the high⁃touch execution of customer orders ⁃ Support priority initiatives with data insights that will inform and validate subsequent action plans ⁃ Serve as the go⁃to for all stakeholder queries (e.g., Fulfillment, Planning, Customer Care, Digital Experience & Technology, brand Commercial teams, etc.) and leverage feedback to enrich existing reporting and analytics ⁃ Identify and measure cost savings opportunities to drive NOP / free cash flow claw⁃back across all elements of online supply chain ⁃ Support ongoing oversight and analysis of 3PL settlement report in partnership with SC/Online Finance teams ⁃ Build robust KPI dashboard specific to peak / high⁃traffic shopping moments to identify immediate areas of opportunity to drive productivity, streamline operations and drive best⁃in⁃class customer experience
**Qualifications**
⁃ Higher level of Excel and proficient MS Office computer skills ⁃ Comfort working in existing Business Intelligence dashboard as well as potentially building new dashboard views as needed ⁃ The right candidate will possess excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) ⁃ Must have proven, expert⁃level ability to engage and direct multi⁃functional teams in organization⁃wide initiatives, confidence working across multiple disciplines a must ⁃ Candidate should understand all aspects of a large online retailer, including links to back⁃end site technology, marketing/promotion, finance, fulfillment and customer service ⁃ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining deadlines ⁃ Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal approach ⁃ Strong communication and problem⁃solving capability that drives accountability ⁃ Ability to troubleshoot and multi⁃task ⁃ Able to travel within US internal/3PL networkto support the roles requirements ⁃ Self⁃motivated, Starter⁃finisher with high level to attention to detail ⁃ Strong focus on the end⁃to⁃end customer experience
