Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING

The candidate will be the local Global Sustainment Functional Manager supporting a team of personnel in King of Prussia, PA.

THE WORK

In this role, you'll provide all functional support to their assigned team members. You'll be responsible for the execution of all logistics & sustainment support efforts supporting the ISR&SE portfolio. You'll work closely with Program Managers and Engineering to determine staffing levels, required skillsets and day to day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. You'll devise and implement plans, budgets, and schedules in response to program requirements. You'll monitor work progress of logistics personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestones are met. You'll devise solutions in response to problems that negatively affect successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team. You'll advise, coordinate, and assist in training assigned Global Sustainment personnel. You'll support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required. You'll be the primary contact between the Program team's and the Global Sustainment team's senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a TS security clearance to start (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to manage demand across a functional organization.
- Must exert a high level of knowledge of program operations/execution and understand organizational capabilities and how they provide opportunities for organizational growth
- Must be able to provide project management and program execution guidance to subordinates in providing and managing the implementation of Global Sustainment solutions.
- Must be able to work and communicate across different functional organization both up and down the org
- Be able to provide thought leadership in reviewing and implementing innovative sustainment strategies and solutions for the ISR&SE portfolio

- Capture- lead experience/ volume authorship
- Experience capturing new sustainment work
- Demonstrated experience successfully executing sustainment programs in a classified environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
