Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Bogota, Colombia.  As a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function (global team) by managing the expectations and requirements of candidates, hiring managers and recruiters by ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times and updating as appropriate.

The Role

The Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator will participate in team meetings, manage job postings, and ensure compliance with company local regulations/legislative. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be also supporting the recruiting team with scheduling, candidate communication and administrative tasks.
