The Global Talent Acquisition Head will be responsible for driving Siemens’ global talent acquisition strategy in support of our company's continued growth and transformation while strengthening the TA performance globally.
You are an effective, collaborative, and influential Talent Acquisition leader with an outstanding track record in the talent acquisition space of complex matrix organizations and direct exposure in various geographies. You possess strong operational leadership skills, the ability to influence within an ecosystem, and the expertise to drive global change.
You will inspire the TA team, drive change at the right pace, and foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and value-based leadership across Siemens.

Deep expertise in different Talent Acquisition set-ups, with a track record of leading large-scale global P&O functions.Experience in building and empowering the first-line leadership team of Talent Acquisition function to drive effectiveness.Strong ability to align resources and teams with a clear vision and purpose while driving results in execution, cost, and service.Demonstrated success in leading transformation within a complex talent acquisition field.Ability to strategically influence, motivate, and inspire global, diverse, high-performing teams across 150+ locations.Proven ability to lead effectively in a complex matrix organization, collaborating across the broader P&O Ecosystem, business units, and regional and country management.Strong strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities within an ecosystem setup.Business acumen, exceptional communication, and strong influencing skills.Proven track record of achieving best-in-class results across candidate experience, organizational culture, diversity, and internal mobility.Extensive international and cross-country experience.A fast learner and decisive leader with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.What else do you need to know?
