As Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you’ll play a key part in shaping and refining our Talent Strategy, with a special focus on projects that enhance the Candidate Experience. Additionally, you will be an important contributor to the development and upkeep of our annual Workday Roadmap, ensuring that all tasks are thoroughly handled, monitored, tested, and coordinated for successful outcomes.

Takes a lead role in global and regional projects and program initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overarching Talent Strategy and actively contributing to their successful delivery

Oversees and optimizes the Workday Talent Product, adapting configurations and processes to meet evolving business requirements, and ensuring the system is leveraged effectively to support Talent Acquisition (TA) objectives

Provides support for the full range of TA digital solutions, including but not limited to Beamery, HireVue, Workday as needed

Continues TA process Improvement, utilizing data-driven analysis to scope, develop, and implement enhancements to tools and practices

Provides comprehensive support to the Global Talent Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) Team, covering all aspects of operations, training, third-party relationships, and administrative functions

Manages and drives Technical Change Management processes, ensuring all ServiceNow (SNOW) related tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational priorities

Plays a crucial role in the Global TA Community Management, organizing and presenting at various Global Talent CoE meetings, webinars, and training sessions, and fostering strong communication and collaboration across the Talent Acquisition community

 

About you

Natural interest and affinity with HR technology and metrics: Workday, Beamery, etc.

Extensive experience in Project Management and/or Operations with a strong focus on Talent

Strong organizational skills with a focus on achieving desired results, including effective prioritization, delegation, and time management to meet deadlines

Proven track record of excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Highly detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and achieving results

Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and cross-cultural savviness

Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with PowerBI experience being highly advantageous

Fluent in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
