Role description:

The purpose of the role is to develop and leverage Arcadis’ global approach to talent candidate engagement through use multi-channel talent attraction, recruitment marketing and employer brand techniques. Including operational responsibility for delivering global talent attraction & employer brand campaigns across our core global business areas: Resilience, Mobility, Places & Intelligence.

Role accountabilities:

The Global Talent Attraction Project Manager will develop global recruitment marketing and employer branding activities and strategies, working closely with the global talent attraction & employer brand director. Using your recruitment marketing and multi-channel routes to market knowledge, you will drive the ongoing development of the Arcadis brand to an external candidate market and help us embed our newly revised global employer value proposition (EVP).

 

Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing: To work with the Global Talent Attraction & Employer Brand Director, Global Talent Acquisition Director and the global and local TA teams to develop target audiences, and relevant content for recruitment marketing campaigns, as well as delivering ROI across all activities.  Work with Campus recruitment on demand and develop campaigns to support activity.

 

Employer Brand & EVP:  Encompassing both professional and early careers hiring globally. Development of content to engage candidates and work on creating relevant content and stories/key themes using data from the Global EVP research and revised toolkit. This includes refreshing and maintaining content on platforms such as career site and LinkedIn, global careers site, Glassdoor profiles, Indeed company pages and general brand guidelines adherence across both visual and written copy/content and asset development. Helping to build and maintain our EVP to our specific target audiences globally & regionally and tailor our approach accordingly.

 

Data Analytics & Insights/ROI: Oversee the delivery of analytics for campaigns as and track ROI of campaigns and on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Careers site to help inform strategies and provide key ROI data.

 

Management: Managing GSSC support team, collaborating with the Global TA team in developing and supporting global talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, ability to project manage technical issues that may arise from platforms through to resolution with delivery team.

 

Candidate Experience:  In collaboration with HR Ops, GSSC, GEC, IT and global HRIS, contribute to the implementation and ongoing management of ORC and Phenom CRM to improve automation of candidate experience through our platforms, API integration of testing and wider rollout of ORC across the business.

 

Your duties will include:

Project management of multiple global/regional campaigns across TA from Early Careers to Professional hiring – across the board end to end campaign methodology, from brief, managing stakeholders, design, campaign activation, reporting and ROI. Creating awareness of and developing the Arcadis EVP in line with global brand guidelines to our target audiences globally from early careers, professional to exec hiring. Supporting Talent Acquisition with talent attraction marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns that support clear goals and deliverable – measurable outcomes.  Working with Talent Acquisition Directors across four global business areas, early careers and global excellence centres & shared service centres. Designing & delivering campaigns that impact direct hiring and employer brand awareness aligned to forecasted demand plans. Working closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing collateral in line with EVP. Direct reports and team management of individuals in their roles and to support career growth opportunities. Regular team and individual check-ins (4 x people) as well as more formal quarterly touchpoints and facilitate annual reviews conversations. Advertising / utilizing social media channels to increase engagement. Writing and proof-reading copy. Liaising with colleagues in business marketing as required. Updating and helping to create content and stories for the website and other platforms. Tracking return on investment and preparing weekly or monthly reports for management. Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience:

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced TA recruitment marketing, talent attraction, employer brand expert.  Ideally experienced working in a global (preferably matrix) organization and thrive on the ambiguity that such an organization can bring. You will be confident in building trusted and influential stakeholder relationships and will display embedded consulting and communication skills. You demonstrate passion, knowledge and experience in shaping and creating ways of working to enable an exceptional recruitment experience for all stakeholders.

You must be able to evidence thorough knowledge of recruitment marketing campaigns end to end. Driving successful project delivery in a complex organization and have outstanding people management & development, collaboration and engagement skills.
Management experience of leading and developing individuals to drive team success aligned to specific goals. Motivating and inspiring to work as one team towards shared goals.
5-7+ years relevant recruitment marketing experience.
