Global Talent for Operations (GTO) Program Associate - Manufacturing, BKD

LOCATION:               Ban Khao Din Plant, Rayong province, Thailand

REPORTS TO:          Production Manager

The Ingredion Global Talent for Operations Program is designed to provide high-caliber early-in-career Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain talent with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated global experiences to build a superior foundation in Operations and develop robust leadership capabilities.

As a GTO Associate, you will take part in a 36-month rotational program as part of a global cohort in Manufacturing track. During the program, you will take on a new role every 12 months – building your technical skills and leadership capabilities along the way through on-the-job learning and development, strategic project work, and instructor-led trainings focusing on a new theme each year:

Year 1: Technical FoundationsYear 2: Personal DevelopmentYear 3: Leadership Development

During this rotational development program, you will be required to move to a new location up to 3 times to broaden your professional network and breadth of Operations experience.

As a GTO Associate, you will also be enrolled in our GTO Learning Curriculum, which has three main components: Ingredion Technical, Functional and Business Content, University Partner-led Operations and Supply Chain Content, and Assessment-driven Personal and Leadership Development Content.

Manufacturing track rotations could include:

Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance / Reliability, EHSS, Quality, Production Planning, Lead / Supervisor, Corporate Engineering, Relevant International Assignments, Cross-Functional Assignments

Qualified candidates will have:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (i.e., Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, etc.)

Not more than 3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Min 3.0+ GPA/CGPA / 80%+ (or academic equivalent) with active participations in extra curricular activities in university.

Interest in a career in the food manufacturing industry.

Ability and willingness remain geographically mobile (e.g., moving at least 1 time, if not 2 to 3) including travelling to USA throughout the full 36-month program

Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports.

Proven analytical problem solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
