Role description:

The role encompasses a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at driving talent management aligned with the strategic goals and culture of the organization, raising visibility of our talent management and development initiatives with key stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement across the organization.

Role accountabilities:

Partners closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and business stakeholders to embed Arcadis Way of Talent Management (AWTM) through identifying, mapping, and calibrating talent across the organization, paying attention to game changer and leadership potential key talents. 

Works with PBPs to ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are integrated into talent identification and calibration processes.  

Maintains the Talent Database, including liaison with Talent Management Business Partners, PBPs and Affinity Group contact points. In this capacity champions our diversity, inclusion and belonging goals from a talent management perspective. 

Assists with the preparation of analysis and reporting on ad-hoc and recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual quarterly reports demonstrate the position of TM initiatives within the GBAs or Enabling functions or to support. 

Supports the delivery of key talent management programs, including Leadership Discovery, where the role holder will be required to present and facilitate virtual sessions with large audiences. 

Supports talent management and talent acquisition bridging activities, specifically focusing on talent acceleration roles and assignments, internal appointments, rotational opportunities and talent pooling.  Is able to work in the capacity of recruiter for such roles, in collaboration with the Global functions Talent Acquisition team; this includes running end-to-end recruitment processes when needed. 

Is a “go to” person within the Talent Management team for Oracle Recruit Cloud.  

Works with the other data tools and systems that inform talent management records  

and Talent database, e.g., CruncHR, HCM, Your Voice etc. Is familiar with the tools  

and how we can use them to support the COE activities. 

Supports the Talent Management projects and processes in ensuring visibility, availability, mobility, and readiness of talent pipeline, facilitating cross-area talent moves and rotations.   

May serve as a Project Manager for Talent & Leadership COE and/or Global People team programs, such as the Global Sponsorship Program. 

The role holder is also an Impact Circle facilitator and 360 Feedback Coach. 

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have experience in talent management, with exposure to diverse cultures and methodologies. Additionally, they possess skills in business partnering, talent identification, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation through relationship building and change management. 

 

They will demonstrate passion, curiosity, knowledge and experience in shaping, driving and professionalizing talent management and development with a personal and demonstrable passion for diversity and inclusion. They have excellent professional skills, are tech and data savvy, exercise independent judgment and evaluation. 

 

Experienced business partner, able to build successful relationships within the business and with colleagues in the Talent & Leadership COE and greater People function. 

Successful coaching skills to coach and develop People Business Partners and business leaders in talent management, as well as coach key talent for development 

Possess excellent project management and coordination skills, with experience in handling multi-stakeholder projects and processes with tight deadlines in challenging environments, where there is competition on the project members time to complete project and processes activities.  

Thrives on planning, detail, data analysis, and improving and streamlining activities for the benefit of the business outcome and the employee experience.  

Is a skilled recruiter and has specific expertise in this area, with an ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes as needed, while combining this with more project-type activities.  

Strong presentation and facilitation skills in a global, virtual setting with key stakeholders. 

Strong in building trust and confidence through their delivery, communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.  

Is known for ability to process, manage and leverage sensitive data in GDPR compliant and people first manner.  

A true team player, who drives projects and processes forward through collaboration, relying on their ability to plan, prioritize and complete activities and enthuse others to do likewise.  

Demonstrates excellent MS Office skills especially MS Teams, PowerPoint, advanced Excel and SharePoint and is able to present information in attractive and meaningful ways.  

Curious mindset and an early adopter of technology and tools with the ability and curiosity to use existing and new technologies.  

Very pro-active by nature and are self-motivated to deliver value and develop and apply expertise. Service minded, hands-on mentality with problem solving behavior and ability to adapt quickly.  

Demonstrates resilience and thrives in a highly demanding and quickly changing environment and perform well in ambiguous settings.
