Due to the development of the Tax Department, we are looking for a Global tax specialist who will sit in the HQ. The role will report into the Global Tax Manager.

Job responsibilities

Main Activities:

Corporate and international tax Tax reporting: review of the tax report submitted by the subsidiaries, both actual and forecast Group ETR consolidation: support the countries on their tax reporting activity, both actual and forecast Tax cash flow forecast: support Group Treasury ensuring that the tax cash forecast submitted by the subsidiaries is accurate Corporate tax calculation and preparation of the Italian tax returns Subsidiary marginality analysis, both actual and forecast Economic analysis of the result of the TP policy applied, both actual and forecast Support on the governance of the Group IC transactions Preparation of the TP documentation Identify and evaluate available efficiencies provided by the tax law Track and monitor tax law changes where we do operate that might affect the business.

 

 

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledge:

Master Degree in Economics or Law 4 years of experience in Multinational Companies or Fiscal Consulting Firms providing support on tax reporting activities Knowledge of tax accounting and IAS Fluent in English.
