Your key missions:

You will:

Demand Management: Gather new demands and translate them into Features and User Stories to integrate into the product backlogs.Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, and steer squad delivery while facilitating day-to-day interactions.Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision, define and analyze features, manage squad delivery, and track product performance and value realization against KPIs.Product Catalog Management: Ensure alignment and updates between the product/service catalog and the overall portfolio, and communicate changes effectively.Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incident investigations, diagnosis, and resolution.Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps, and report on resource utilization.IT Financial Management: Provide product roadmaps, track ROI, and manage product funding with variance analysis.

You have significant experience in the Modern Workplace field, especially in managing end-user services like Microsoft 365 (M365), Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.You bring deep knowledge of M365 tenant configuration/management, licensing models, governance, and security best practices.You excel at stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and adoption skills to promote collaboration solutions globally.You demonstrate a strategic, value-driven mindset, with experience in roadmap creation and value monitoring.You have experience delivering secure and compliant collaboration platforms and managing L3 support for M365.You hold strong product management experience, ideally with a Product Owner certification.You possess a solid understanding of the agile mindset and practices.
