The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.
The Supply Chain Proximity Executive will ensure demand, testing, change, adoption and ultimately value creation of the Operations Product portfolio, covering Demand Planning, Supply Chain & Customer Operations processes and/or Corporate Product portfolio for the Supply Chain processes for the ME.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Supply Chain Proximity Executive captures and understands local business needs for their Supply Chain and Operation related domains, in strong collaboration with end users. They perform change management activities and key actions required to secure the successful deployment of global products on their scope.
Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain:Engage with local end users to capture, understand and challenge their needs related to existing or non-existing global Tech products. He has the authority to arbitrate these claims/requests.Identify main specificities of affiliates processes to be considered in design activities of global productsPerforming roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope:Support test activities of global products with end usersPerform local change impact assessment of global Tech solutionsPrepare relevant change plan and activities to ease local adoption of global productsPerform defined change activities and other required roll-out activitiesCreating a roadmap for local Apps Decommission PlanWork closely with Business Engagement Lead and Domain Leads, to follow up demands for local applications.Create a roadmap and plan the backlog for the local applications Change Management process.Ensure support is running smoothly for SC related local solutions, together with vendor relations.Collecting relevant insights & feedbacks from end usersContribute to the animation of local networks of end users to collect feedbacks and enable continuous improvement of global productsCollect & consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered at affiliate levelREQUIREMENTS:
Graduates from relevant departments of universitiesMinimum of 5 years of Tech experience, preferably with companies in the FMCG sector (Food/Beverage/Tobacco industry experience preferred)Good knowledge in the Supply Chain & Operations domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the Supply Chain domain for their geographical scopeMastery of adoptionand change management methods & toolsMastery of testing and deployment methods & toolsUnderstanding of agile principles & associated ways of workingCollaboration& team spiritJob Posting End Date:
