Moog’s Corporate Group is looking for a Global Technology Services & Process Manager to join our team!

As the Global Technology Services & Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing the definition, implementation and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software and technology processes across all disciplines. You will also be responsible for the delivery of the technology organization’s process improvement initiatives.

To qualify for the Global Technology Services & Process Manager, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog…

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Information Systems (or related field); Master’s Degree preferred

Over 10 years’ experience, with significant demonstration, in the field of information technology, enterprise architecture, application development methodologies and lifecycle management, systems integration, data management and other related disciplines/processes.

The ability to demonstrate an appropriate balance of strong technology and business acumen.

Proven capabilities in managing and working collaboratively within a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.

Experience with significant oversight of large and complex technology projects (plan, organize, deliver).

Significant experience in budgeting and technology Finance/Cost Management.

The ability to influence thinking or to convince others to change strongly held opinions.

Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite; we are unable to provide relocation assistance for this opportunity.

As the Global Technology Services & Process Manager you will…

Work with cross-functional technology teams to design, develop, and integrate technology processes and procedures utilizing best practices and industry standard frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, CMMI), providing insight and advice on emerging process and control frameworks.

Ensure seamless execution of all process improvement related activities across the technology organization by applying process improvement, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses.

Lead the design of the technology organization’s overall process structure, including creating a process hierarchy that streamlines technology processes and eliminates redundancy, providing coaching and guidance to the technology leadership and management team on their roles in each process improvement initiative.

Ensure that quality methods and procedures are executed, ensuring that products, applications, and systems are compliant with established quality standards, and meet customer requirements.

Analyze best-in-class processes, establishing customer satisfaction metrics, understanding the interaction and relationship of business operations and operating systems and network processes.

Champion the application of quality principles in business and technology processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities, ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $140,000.00–$180,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
