**89066BR** **Job Title:** Global Technology Transition to Support Lead **Department/Function:** Information Technology **Job Description:** **Transition to Support Lead – Enterprise Application Services** As part of the Enterprise Application Services organization, the Transition to Support Lead is responsible developing and enhancing processes to ensure the successful handover of solutions to the GT Operations teams. This position will partner closely with various teams across the GT Organization, including, but not limited to, operations leaders, project and program leadership, and global applications teams to prepare and execute transition to support activities. The Transition to Support Lead will ensure that a standardized processes and methodologies are communicated and executed through the project lifecycle. **Key attributes** of the position include extensive knowledge of IT processes, the ability to collaborate with and influence others, and the ability to understand and align to overall GT strategies as applicable. Primary responsibilities of the role include: + Serve as the L3 process owner for Transition to Support. + Develop and enhance processes related to transition to support. + Communicate and operationalize processes to the broader GT organization, as well as, business stakeholders. + Participate in staffing requirements during project discovery phases to support the transition to support activities. + Ensure activities related to transition to support are successfully executed. + In support of ADM’s business transformation and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA + Define, mobilize, and drive execution of all transition to support activities for the assigned release. + Partner with business and GT leadership for all aspects of transition to support planning and execution + Provide input to staffing estimates, project and team level planning, and drive execution against agreed to plans for a given release. + Monitor work products of team members to ensure standard processes are followed, are of high quality, and fit for purpose. + Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management and team members for assigned project, support, and enhancement work. + Work with business stakeholders, solution leaders and architects, implementation partners and operations support teams to enable business outcomes and ensure business operations can operate post go-live with minimal disruption. + Follows and contributes to improving standards, guidelines, and leading practices. + Understand and adhere to policies, standards and procedures, working with teams and team members to ensure adherence to individual efforts. **Minimum Requirements:** + Bachelor's Degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline or relative work experience. + Minimum 10 years of experience in a large-scale, enterprise environment. + Minimum 5 years of experience within a technology support operation. + Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization. + Adaptable with a willingness and ability to take on a variety of concurrent tasks and work with ambiguity. + Demonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures and processes in a logical sequence; at a level appropriate to the audience and resulting in effective working relationships. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex ventures in a timely manner. + Ability to align objectives with a broader organizational goal to create a common mindset within the team. + Exhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently. + Strong analytical, organization, time management and process management skills + Exhibits high personal performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn and must be results oriented. + Prior experience with acquisition and merger transitions a plus. + Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives – likely 15-30% to other ADM locations.
