DescriptionDescription- Serve as a key point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. - Review and execute time away and allowances using Workday and ServiceNow. - Enhance employee satisfaction and engagement with benefits programs. - Ensure benefits processes align with company policies and regulations. - Improve benefits administration processes and enhance the employee experience. - Resolve employee queries efficiently and provide an employee-centric experience. - Recommend and implement process improvements for compliance and efficiency. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand Apple’s time away and allowances. - Report on and reconcile time away and allowance data. - Stay updated on changes to the Time Away and Allowance environment and communicate their impact. - Collaborate with key partners to implement optimal solutions for Time Away and Allowance Administration.
