In this role, you will become part of the team responsible for various tasks, with the main responsibility being product classification for customs purposes. As our new **Global Trade Compliance Specialist** , you will support the import and export compliance program in Danfoss by ensuring regulatory requirements and business processes associated with cross-border movements function smoothly. You will also ensure that issues and risks are identified and managed efficiently. Danfoss is a fast-growing company that is constantly undergoing mergers and acquisitions, so you should expect the scope of your responsibilities to expand along with global growth. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Product classification for customs purposes of Danfoss-produced and externally procured materials (WCO commodity codes) + Communication with product managers and engineers, and maintenance of classification documentation + Participation in challenge resolutions on classification issues + Continuously monitoring and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) + Acting as a single point of contact for trade compliance matters and supporting local trade compliance representatives **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
