RemoteThe Mission Systems (MiS) Global Trade (GT) Relationship Senior Manager (RM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Collins Aerospace remains compliant with export and import control regulations while driving strategic objectives within the Connected Battlespace & Emerging Capabilities (CBEC) value stream. As a key collaborator, the GTRM will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, develop export/import strategies, and provide actionable solutions for export licensing and compliance. This role requires the ability to proactively identify compliance risks, support audits, and partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and foster continuous improvements to the Global Trade Compliance Program.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand export licensing requirements to meet business needsAssist stakeholders in developing export/import strategies needed to accomplish program objectivesPartner with GT Authorizations team to ensure timely completion of DDTC and BIS export license applicationsIdentify compliance risks, assist on audits and development of plans to eliminate/mitigate GT risksPartner with business stakeholders to enable continuous improvement of the Collins GT Compliance ProgramWhat You Will Learn:

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requiredU.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62 Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with both the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)Experience as an ITAR Empowered Official (EO)Experience interpreting and implementing compliance policies and proceduresQualifications We Prefer:
