What we are looking for:

we are looking for a Global Transfer Pricing Manager, reporting to the Global Tax Sr Director. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day to day transfer pricing processes across the group Resolve transfer pricing issues and co-ordinate across the group tax team, global finance teams and external advisers Prepare Masterfile and Italian transfer pricing document Supervise and support the countries on the preparation of the local pricing document documents  Provide overview and review as appropriate of annual transfer pricing and other calculations performed by the various finance teams Review and monitor all intercompany arrangements and transfer pricing suggesting improvements and changes to align to business changes Work with the tax team in preparing documentation to underpin any business change or provide any additional support to a transfer pricing position Be business partner with regards to intercompany and transfer pricing related matters Work with tax team on monthly/quarterly finance closures, both on actual and forecasts Monitor transfer pricing regulations and developments across the countries in which the group operates, highlighting issues to the business as appropriate Support the Global Tax Senior Director on BAPA/APA procedures

 

Experience required

Trained on transfer pricing by big firm ACA or CTA qualified, or equivalent At least 8 years transfer pricing experience required. Experience of international tax is an advantage Significant transfer pricing experience Awareness of developments in pricing document law and practice globally, and how MNCs respond to these Proven ability to work to deadlines in a complex environment, with key skills being attention to detail and effective project management Able to manage workload to tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks and work streams The ability to build relationships across the organization and enthusiastic team player
