Job Family Definition:
Provides and uses cash and other financial instruments to help manage short term liquidity needs. Handles cash management, working capital, foreign currency management and money market investment. Identifies and manages financial, organizational, and operational risks. Assists with development of organizational financial policies, conducts special economic model analysis and assessments and works with other units within the Finance function.

Responsibilities:
Applies specialized financial treasury operations, risk management, and solutions knowledge to implement programs and initiatives; contributes to treasury program design.Analyzes financial data to summarize treasury program findings for project teams.Supports treasury program delivery through the practical application of complex subject matter knowledge with limited guidance.Manages a treasury process within the function.Manages treasury projects of moderate complexity.Updates and maintains treasury policies and procedures.Assist in the management of a pan-European cash pool (HPIB), and also entities in Asia Pacific and Latin AmericaAssist in oversight of the HPIB investment book to ensure the optimization of cash positions within investment policy guidelinesAssist in the ongoing operations of HPEFS’s Securitization programAssist in generation of all Treasury and Regulatory reporting requirementsMonitor liquidity requirements, ensuring funding policy complies with regulatory requirementsAssist in management of FX program of $6 billion arising from Balance Sheet activityAssist in monitoring of Asset and Liability interest rate risk mitigation processAssist in the management and co-ordination of Third party debt programs totaling $1.5BillionDriving implementation of new structures to maximize cash available to HPE’s cash pools and minimize operational cash balances.Serving as a liaison with external HPE banking partners to drive change and execution.Some ad hoc project work and assistance in other global treasury tasks should also be anticipated.Communicates with Treasury Manager, Treasury Director, and partner organizations to deliver analysis and results for various HPEFS Treasury programs.Assist in managing daily cash forecasting for HPEFS entities globallyProvides detailed support to the treasury team in areas relating to treasury activities; escalates as necessary.Analyses moderately complex data in areas such as cash management, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury services and solutions.Update intercompany loan documentation and external bank partner documentation when requiredSupports treasury program delivery through the practical application of basic discipline knowledge with limited guidance.Participates in various moderately complex treasury projects.Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience.Typically 4+ years related experience in finance, audit, and/or accounting.Knowledge and Skills:
Systematic understanding of treasury processes, as well as other finance functions.Developed knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to treasury activities.Strong communication skills.Solid financial and business acumen.Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Additional Skills:
