The primary role of the Senior Manager - Technology, Product and Process Innovation is leadership of the technical services process engineering and product technology teams. Accountable for compliance of all digital products, processes, and capabilities deployed to support ResMed service operations internally and externally.
Ownership of Process Development and Service Capabilities to support the NPI Pipeline and sustaining serviceability of legacy products. Works closely with service operations to continuously improve global, end to end service capabilities.
Management of the Technical Services Global Core Model program to deliver on technical services vision across digital portfolio and customer experience, process and technology.

Technology Innovation: Partner with GTS teams to introduce new technological solutions that solve business challenges and align with organizational goals.
Drive the use of automation, AI, and other technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and innovate customer experiences.
Product Management: Oversee product innovation efforts, including the development of new products or features, ensuring that they meet customer needs and market demands.
Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize innovation efforts and product roadmaps, ensuring a balance between long-term vision and short-term goals.
Process Development: Lead Business process Engineering and Analysis teams to identify and drive process design and efficiencies across the technical services operations.
Lead Engineering teams to develop, test, validate, implement, and sustain the Repair & Service Capability for New and Legacy Products.
Develop and implement methodologies for measuring and improving process performance, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability.
Lead projects that transform current processes by integrating new technologies or optimizing workflows.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and mentor teams, ensuring they are aligned and empowered to execute complex global initiatives.
Engage key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to influence and advocate for the needs of Global Technical Services, gain buy-in and support for new initiatives and expected business outcomes.
Provide and follow-through on strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights and operational challenges and opportunities.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant career experience.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology innovation, product management, or process optimization within a technical services or product-driven environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing large-scale technology and process innovation projects.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, digital transformation, product lifecycle management, and process improvement methodologies.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
Advanced Degree: Master’s in business administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement certifications.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience within the technical services or manufacturing industries is a plus.
Experience in Change Management: Experience leading organizational change initiatives related to technology and process transformations.
