At Volvo Trucks Warranty Operations you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will support the markets and dealers to ensure that Volvo Trucks Warranty process, rules and policies described in the Warranty Binder are correctly executed, with focus in business growth with a sustainable warranty process and customer loyalty and satisfaction.

We are a team of 11 nice, engaged, professional and fun people. Our purpose is to protect the customer and the business, in an impartial way, through correct application of Volvo´s Warranty police. An engaged team that look forward to give step up to the next level in terms of data and artificial intelligence towards the warranty process. High energy and passion to meet our purpose, you will work with excellent results and a lot of fun that will make you feel we are really contributing to the Volvo Trucks Strategy for the future. satisfaction.
We believe you have the following competences:
University degree in technical or commercial area or equivalent knowledge based on experience Technical knowledge of trucks or a genuine technical interest Aftermarket experience Previous warranty experience including knowledge of warranty purpose , process, systems and tools. Change management skills Data driven management skills Analytic skills Cross functional experience and ability to work with people from other cultures Excellent presentation and communication skills Pedagogical skills Fluent in English written and spoken
