The Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Advisor will be responsible for the management and oversight
of building operations for all Zebra locations within a given sub-region or business. Zebra's global
portfolio currently consists of approximately 3M square feet located in over 130 locations.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations; resolve conflicting stakeholder
positions efficiently and effectively.
Partner with GWS leaders on the effective management of real estate assets to ensure sites are
fully utilized, reviewing costs and key transactional dates.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
Ensure sites meet required health and safety standards and comply with local requirements.
Support M&A Integration Activities.
Assist with requirements of lease activities in partnership with the Senior Manager,
Global/Regional Workplace Solutions.
Assist in the data integrity of all GWS systems (FM, Transactions, Lease, Project, OP…)
Participate in and track site projects to ensure timelines and budgets are being met.
Provide direction and oversight to outsourced providers team.
Advise on facility audit issues for the team and work with contractors for corrective actions.
Apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in the support of transformative matters including
transactions and projects.
Participate in benchmarking activities and provide reports to management as requested.
Support special projects and activities such as Sustainability, Accessibility, and Inclusion/Diversity
Work with Corporate Communications on any required site announcements.
Perform various financial analyses.
Provide input to quarterly and annual operating and capital plans and forecasts.
Work with various business functions to assist in the development of short- and long-range real
estate requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required8-12 years of Facility or Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environmentMajor knowledge emphasis in mechanical, electrical, civil, and/or architectural building skillsStrong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiating skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of PC applications, including CAD
