GM, Neurology Care Pathways
Job Description SummaryThe Global GM – Neurology will lead the global “One GE HealthCare Neurology Organization,” working in close alignment with Segments, Regions and Strategy & Business Development teams to identify and recommend solutions for the most significant challenges faced by customers within the Neurology Care Pathways to enhance and differentiate GEHC's enterprise value. The GM will expand beyond diagnostic imaging to address the full patient journey, from awareness through follow-up, enhancing the Enterprise value proposition and unlocking incremental revenue opportunities. The GM will build neurology as a strategic growth pillar for GE HealthCare.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Neurology Strategy & Market Leadership

Define the enterprise neurology strategy. Identify high value use cases where GEHC’s devices and digital solutions can
deliver differentiated value. Lead a matrixed team to deliver integrated solutions that combine hardware, software,
and clinical services.Conduct comprehensive market assessments, including competitive analysis and health economics.

Business Case & Investment Planning

Build business cases with proforma and market models. Present high-potential opportunities through annual planning
and Long-Term Strategy processes to secure senior leadership investment. Develop clear, meaningful and measurable KPIs for Neurology Care Pathway.

Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy

Partner with regional and segment teams to define and execute GTM strategies. Collaborate with global marketing to
craft an end-to-end solution narrative. Support BD and corporate teams in exploring partnerships and M&A opportunities to accelerate time to market.Identify BD targets the complement segments, act as an enabler for quick wins, drive inorganic growth.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

Cultivate strategic customer relationships and academic Key Opinion Leader partnerships. Establish global neurology
advisory boards to strengthen advocacy and inform strategy. Continuously gather and apply VOC insights to refine GEHC’s neurology offerings and guide ongoing programs.Serve as the single global point of contact for neurology across segments, regions, and BD.


Qualifications
• PhD or MD in Neurology with MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare strategy, product development, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record in innovation, market expansion, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience in MedTech vendor ecosystem, digital- first mindset.
• M&A experience a big plus
• Experience in digital health, AI, and integrated care models is highly desirable

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $216,000.00-$324,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
