Drive innovation in communication and execution Manage and execute the integrated communication plan based on marketing guidelines and business objectives. Lead engagement initiatives across markets and personas\: digital and physical events, programs and drive MAU (monthly active users) target achievement.Manage the offline and online branding activities in rural and metrosLead generation through online and offline source mediums; funnel construct and nurturing and sales enablement and support for enterprise sales' requirement Continuously measure and report KPI and ROI of all activities and programs carried out, based on ROI outcome, drive spend optimization.

Qualifications
•Post-Graduation in Marketing (or other similar Marketing education)
•10 years of experience in conceptualizing and executing Integrated Marketing campaigns – Preferred experience – Managing a brand at a corporate level along with a prior experience of working with an advertising agency
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, and confidential environment
•Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
•High EQ, global mindset, action oriented, precise, reliable
•Willing to work in a multifunctional team and able to work with other global teams
