JOB SUMMARY/ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist team with testing script setup and execution, if needed, to test changes to applicationDocument issues and assist implementation team with troubleshooting and resolving issues identifiedConsult with client to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing and training, as neededConsult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenanceComplete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting within appropriate toolsComplete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actionsDevelop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end user functionalityIdentify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadershipLeverage internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolutionDrive the client through design of clinical and business process, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved valueAssist in change management, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide accountability for achieving the project’s targeted outcomesProvide expert industry knowledge in complex client environments; contribute in a leadership capacity to advance the solution and its effectiveness; consult with clients and project teams to recognize and document benefits; provide gap analysis and process redesign recommendations, support client and project teams; develop associate domain expertise (clinical, revenue and operational) and consulting skills; consults with client to develop and apply appropriate policies and procedures Client Required Qualifications
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be expected to have 5+ years gMed and SQM experience, primarily in a support capacityStrong knowledge and understanding of gMed and SQM workflow and overall design, build, and maintenanceExpertise working with a client team in assisting with troubleshooting complex issues, recommending solutions, and assisting client with executing resolution plansProven experience with client Legacy SupportLegacy Support and Maintenance Experience is preferredAbility to work within client SLA’s for issue remediationManaging defined timelines to meet project deadlinesCapable of working alone or within a defined teamAptitude to deal with ambiguityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with all end usersAble to establish and meet delivery datesAbility to manage multiple projects and issues adjusting priorities as neededAdeptness to learn new assignments, technologies and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyAbility to assume on call responsibilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time.
WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.
