GMP Janitorial Supervisor
**Overview** A strong leader of people who is process oriented; ensures conformance to FDA GMP clean room operations and contract requirements. Leads a team of approximately 7 people to ensure proper preparation and cleaning of various biopharmaceutical manufacturing suites. Ensures compliance with quality control process and supports FDA and client required audits. Develops and implements cost control measures and service level agreements (SLA)/key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure compliance with customer specifications and contract requirements. **PAY** : $25.00/HR **Shift:** M-F 10:00 pm - 6:30 am The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins. + Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. + Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns. + Manage the client’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings. Conduct quality of service inspections for all assigned operational areas. + Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes to increase efficiency of team and help the account to meet aggressive cost savings goals. + Ensure compliance with client & company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations. + Provide effective leadership, inspiring the team to exceed assigned quality and cost savings goals and to progress along their career path. + Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and performance management of your team. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. + Responsibilities include directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and assisting with hiring and terminating employees. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES** + High School Diploma or GED Required + Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience motivating teams to achieve goals. + Experience managing operational expense budgets. + Have a working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. + Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers. + 3-5 years successfully managing a GMP Cleaning operation.
