The position

As GMP Supporter, you will be responsible for supporting both management and your colleagues on the assembly lines in maintaining and developing the highest possible GMP standards – this includes:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement projects. Analyze production and product data to assess GMP compliance. Handle and document deviations from standards. Coach and assist colleagues in GMP-related tasks such as deviations handling and changes in training and SOP’s.

Your job will be characterized by a dynamic mix of coordination, follow-up and execution of your own tasks in a focused manner. Therefore, you must have a flexible workstyle and the ability to prioritize your own tasks and time.

 

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

GMP experience from the pharmaceutical industry or a similar GMP regulated field is considered an advantage. Preferably a bachelor/master’s degree within science, technology, engineering or math. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues impacting production targets. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.

The ideal candidate for this job should be able to make sound data-driven decisions, establish personal relationships with ease, and maintain a can-do attitude – in addition to having a keen eye for details.
