**Job Responsibilities**
For customers applying for a new card, we comply with laws and regulations such as the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds, as well as internal rules, and carry out identity verification procedures to smoothly issue cards as quickly as possible.
+ Identity verification operations in compliance with the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds
+ Reception duties such as opening and scanning of application forms
+ Confirmation of deficiencies such as omissions in documents
+ Correspondence to applicants via email
+ Application form management
+ Data entry
+ Responding to various inquiries from other related departments and outsourcing companies.
+ Other processes related to card application forms (mainly pre-examination work)
**Qualifications**
+ Micro office knowledge (Word, Excel)
+ Business-level typing speed
+ Smooth communication skills
+ Business level Japanese
+ Accuracy in carrying out processes in compliance with various laws and internal rules.
+ Responsiveness to change
+ Learn and acquire new skills
+ Problem-solving skills
+ Be a team player.
+ A sense of responsibility to see things through to the end.
