Work Specifications – Responsibilities: + Understand GNS (Grains, Nuts, and Seeds) process flow from start to finish of Milking Skid + Change and read charts accurately + Set-up GNS milking skid equipment to all required configurations + Perform a CIP on all GNS milking skid equipment + Completes all the required documentation (legibly and accurately) + Understands recipes and can enter the proper values on milking skid HMI screen. + Perform a chemical titration check + Know and accurately monitor and record critical control points + Operate forklift and pallet jack (training to be provided) + Safely handle chemicals using appropriate PPE + Maintain processing area and equipment in clean and sanitary condition + Work and communicate effectively in a team environment + Ability to collect samples and products as requested + Follow all company GMPs and wear all appropriate PPE in the production area + Notify Shift Lead on any deviations
