The Global Network Services (GNS) team, as part of the Premium Products & Benefits organisation within the Intl Card Services COE, is responsible for product strategy & delivery of key enterprise assets for GNS premium products. Reporting to the Premium Product Manager, the Analyst will work across core focus areas to optimize, deliver and project manage the benefit and loyalty asset deployment model across prioritized GNS markets and bank partner issuers. They will be instrumental in launching & expanding multi-market loyalty assets and benefits to ensure flawless delivery across technology, servicing, and operations. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + Project Manage the technical delivery of prioritized GNS bank issuers onto the AXP enterprise API loyalty and benefits platform including timely status documentation for key stakeholders. + Project Manage the technical delivery and/or enablement of prioritized loyalty and benefit partners onto the platform, including timely status documentation. + Manage / track status of Loyalty and benefit partner asks in coordination with issuer delivery timeline. + Lead platform migration and GNS Tech status calls and providing relevant PMO updates; flagging any concerns or opportunities proactively to leadership. + Provide proactive recommendations and opportunities for Issuer and Benefit partner roadmap and delivery. Manage set up and delivery of benefit deployment, in partnership with Tech, + Lead and conduct ‘sell-ins’ to Bank issuers about platform migration benefits. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Critical to have – proven project management experience. + Ability to manage multiple priorities across many stakeholder groups. + Attention to detail and proven ability to drive results and ensure flawless execution. + Energetic self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who builds relationships over time based on trust, collaboration, and equal value exchange of information and ideas concurrently. + Assertive and self-aware, with the willingness to take initiative, challenge the status quo when needed, and think strategically to solve issues. + Comfortable working & presenting to a variety of internal partners and external partners to achieve goals and resolve issues. + The will to win and a growth mindset unafraid to be put in challenging situations without previous experience or familiarity to develop as a contributor and leader over time. + Positive team player with superior listening skills and the ability to adapt to shifting or changing priorities. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
