What You Will Do
Join our fast-paced environment; you'll enjoy collaborating with colleagues worldwide, helping customers succeed, and utilizing your solid technical background in high-precision GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems), geomatics, or geodesy. In your role, you will be working as an integral part of the team of experts who manage and monitor the operational networks that deliver Trimble's real-time service VRS Now in many countries. VRS Now is a subscription-based GNSS correction service delivered via the internet, which provides high-accuracy positioning to many markets including surveying, construction, and agriculture.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring, maintaining, and improving the Trimble VRS Now™ service
Working closely with cross-functional colleagues, including business development, marketing, engineering, and support
Liaising with key customers in the automotive and other industries on technical topics
Conducting internal specialized training, representing Trimble VRS Now technology
Provide 3rd-level support and in-depth inquiry for escalated customer cases.
What Skills & Experience Should You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in geodesy, geomatics, or a related engineering discipline
Experience in GNSS corrections and positioning
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
Project engineering experience
English language proficiency (C1 level).
What Skills & Experience You Could Bring
Experience with Trimble or other brands of GNSS hardware and software
Experience in GNSS corrections and positioning
Satellite broadcast communications knowledge
Google Workspace collaboration tools
The second language would be a bonus but not required
