The ideal candidate will be familiar with B2B marketing into the Benelux market across private and public sectors, and campaigns, events, programs, initiatives and projects across the entire mix from ABM & DBM through to demand gen, always with an eye for results and an ability to track and measure customer and business impact. 

 

This role requires strong hands-on delivery, the capacity to view the world through multiple lenses and to operate effectively in a matrix environment.   

 

Key responsibilities include:  

 

Create and deliver the marketing plan for Benelux, aligned to country, global and regional business goals. 

Careful account selection and targeting based on business objectives.  

Work closely with Benelux business stakeholders:  leadership, sales, account, business development and large pursuit teams to spearhead initiatives that contribute to the country, or account-specific, marketing plan. 

Manage, own, build and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to create new early-stage opportunities. 

Execute tactically, deploying key skills such as event management, digital marketing/web and account based marketing. 

Activate global and regional campaigns to the customer base locally. 

Lead management, operational reporting on CRM, budget management and reporting against KPIs to demonstrate outcomes.  

 

Experience Required: 

Experience in Business to Business (B2B) marketing. 

Experience of IT services marketing and communications. 

Proven track record of delivering results. 

Solid understanding of marketing and campaign management. 

Salesforce, Momentum and Pardot experience desirable.  

Excellent operational management, hands on use of SFDC and other systems to record and report on marketing results. 

Agency management.  

Account Based Marketing (desirable).

Excellent project management and organisation skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. 

Works and delivers effectively under pressure with a demanding workload. 

Able to manage priorities to ensure delivery of an agreed marketing plan. 

Results and customer-oriented mindset. 

Ability to design, communicate, implement and drive initiatives. 

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Dutch and English.  

Strong Influencing skills - Able to convince and manage business stakeholders. 

Data reporting and analysis - Ability to understand, interpret, act on data from a variety of sources 

Proactive in taking ownership and initiative. 

Global experience/knowledge of complex matrix structures.  

Achieve together and can-do attitudes are essential. 

Reporting line and governance 

This role functionally reports to the VP Head of Regional Services Marketing, and forms part of the Benelux leadership team reporting to the country Managing Director.
