Responsibilities The Opportunity: Design development of sales strategies and execution plans with special focus on Traditional Trade: DTS and 3PD channels. This role will build, design and support execution and sustain strategies, associated to the business development in those channels/models. Your Impact: As Go-to-Market Andean Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Support in the redesign of the GTM of distribution and service channels to improve company profitability and efficiency. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to sales, execution, among others, providing periodic reports and recommendations to cross-functional areas. Plan and coordinate with local teams the execution of distribution channel reengineering, optimizing processes and ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate in initiatives aimed at improving channel profitability, providing analysis and proposals to optimize key sales and distribution processes. Plan and execute GTM strategies, ensuring their effective implementation across all distribution channels. Build and maintain relationships with the commercial areas of each market, addressing their needs and contributing initiatives to improve contacts and the service strategy. Implement in the Andean region the strategies and guidelines established by LATAM, ensuring their correct execution and adaptation to local needs. Support Sales Plan Execution , Support Project ideation and execution & Support key actions to deliver results & Work with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of an annual operating plan. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields. (Required) 2 years of experience (Required) Analytical and commercial strategy skills with previous experience in information analysis for commercial decision making. Knowledge of commercial and productivity KPIs. Self-management or independence in managing time and processes, with a results-oriented focus. Exemplary interpersonal skills with ability to influence key stakeholders within the organization. Skilled communication and presentation abilities (written & verbal). Analytical skills to develop and deploy clearly reports. Leadership, negotiation and communication skills; ability to lead people change; cultural sensitivity/flexibility to support sites in the different countries. Team Player, self-starter, self-motivating - able to deal with uncertainty and complexity. Results oriented. Advanced English required Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office , Required. Advanced , Power BI (Required) Intermediate -Advanced Excel (Required) Detail oriented, analytical skills and able to identify opportunities through data. Basic SAP knowledge desirable.
