You will partner with project team members and business leaders across the organization on some large- scale, but primarily small-scale projects on behalf of the sales and marketing organizations. In this role, you will have three primary responsibilities: + Event coordination for in-person, virtual, or hybrid meetings/eventsfor initiatives to include facilitation, project planning, communication planning, analytics, record keeping, etc. + Administrative coordination of the WINK Studio site in Bogota, Colombia to include vendor management, calendar management, procurement, and other duties as assigned + Creation and/or partnership with others to develop dashboards, profiles, videos, reports, web content, verbiage, and other collateral. You'll report to the Director of GTM Operations.
