Job Description SummaryResponsible for oversight of physical assets to ensure their continued valuations and protect the company's investment. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

Tasks

Drive sales and business growth for Asset Management (AM) and digital solutions

Identify new opportunities and lead campaigns to promote EnergyAPM and outcome-based digital services

Develop go-to-market strategies including cross-selling GE solutions

Expand AM business with utility and industrial customers

Leverage GE Grid Solutions' expertise to grow the digital pipeline

Proactively engage in key grid deals to position digital offerings early

Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts with sales teams

Train and support regional sales teams on digital sales practices

Combine GE’s portfolio to develop new digital AM opportunities

Set up commercial contracts using global standards

Lead proposal efforts with innovative, customer-focused solutions

Build strong, long-term customer relationships through tailored solutions

Use market insights to shape regional strategy and brand visibility

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Significant Software/electrical expertise related to sales & business development in European region

Experience in Grid Automation would be a plus

Experience in a similar position with a network already in this sector (grid/digital/software solutions) would be great

High active listening skills

Flexibility and resilience to support teams

Autonomous and "do er' spirit

"Hands on" profile to take part to cost estimations and do the max to win the deal

Fluent German and English language skills
