About the Role
The Pipeline Innovation and Operations Team is seeking an individual to lead the design, development, coordination, and execution of our global strategic sales plays. These are strategic messaging and content programs that align the seller prospecting approach to the overall corporate strategy and in region sales priorities. This individual would be responsible for aligning a set of cross functional stakeholders toward a common deliverable and then working with the regional pipeline managers to execute the program in the appropriate regions.

About You
Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Program Management
Other Qualifications:
Background in Sales/Marketing with exposure to Demand Generation, previous B2B selling experience is a plus
Outgoing personality, comfortability in presenting to large audiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong experience in Powerpoint and slideware design
Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility and adaptability to change
A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
