About the Role

The Pipeline Innovation and Operations Team is seeking an individual to lead the design, development, coordination, and execution of our global strategic sales plays. These are strategic messaging and content programs that align the seller prospecting approach to the overall corporate strategy and in region sales priorities.  This individual would be responsible for aligning a set of cross functional stakeholders toward a common deliverable and then working with the regional pipeline managers to execute the program in the appropriate regions.

 El pipeline de Innovación y Operaciones busca una persona que dirija el diseño, el desarrollo, la coordinación y la ejecución de nuestras estrategias de ventas globales para la creación y la aceleración del pipeline. Se trata de programas estratégicos de mensajes y contenido que alinean el enfoque de vendedor potencial con la estrategia corporativa general.  Esta persona será responsable de alinear el conjunto de partes interesadas interfuncionales en torno a un entregable común y, por consiguiente, trabajar con nuestros gerentes de demanda regionales para llevar a cabo el programa en las regiones adecuadas. 

About You

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Program Management

Other Qualifications:

Background in Sales/Marketing with exposure to Demand Generation, previous B2B selling experience is a plus 

Outgoing personality, comfortability in presenting to large audiences

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Strong experience in Powerpoint and slideware design 

Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Flexibility and adaptability to change

A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field

Cualificaciones básicas:

5 años o más de experiencia en gestión de programas

 

Otras cualificaciones:

Experiencia en ventas/marketing con exposición en generación de demanda. Se valorará positivamente la experiencia previa en ventas B2B.Personalidad extrovertida y con facilidad para hacer presentaciones ante grandes audiencias.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.Amplia experiencia en PowerPoint, diseño de diapositivas y Smartsheet.Habilidades analíticas sólidas, con experiencia en el análisis de datos y la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.Conocimiento de técnicas y estrategias de venta.Capacidad para establecer prioridades y gestionar varias tareas y proyectos.Gran habilidad de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad al cambio.Ganas de aprender y crecer en el campo de la generación de demanda.
