1. Maximize the ROI(Return on Investment) on marketing investments by planning a systematic media strategy that is linked to the business and product strategy and integrated marketing strategy.2. Devise the optimal investment plan by setting KPIs for media investments and managing performance.
Role and Responsibilities
Samsung Ads, the advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behavior and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences for consumers. We partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within our Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross device solution.
Samsung’s unique first party data & inventory allows brands to connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets, our Smart TVs, and now DOOH. Samsung Ads delivers high-quality audience targeting and creative solutions powered by our proprietary ad tech stack. We have a focus on first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and custom creative solutions all across our brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident individual to join our Product Marketing team. We are looking for someone to focus on developing new opportunities and creating new solutions. They should have a self-starter mindset with a passion for driving the go-to-market strategy for innovative product updates and new features. They should be in the know about all things programmatic with a strong understanding of the ad tech landscape and how it can connect to the CTV space, and the players. The Product Marketing Manager will be the dedicated liaison between Product Management and the business, to ensure streamlined communication and regular sharing of market knowledge with our market-facing teams.
Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital advertising, including programmatic, mobile advertising, ROI driving ad formats and the connected TV space. They will be expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

Skills and Qualifications
Define revenue driving marketplace solutions based on product offerings across CTV initiatives, with a focus on our ad formats & performanceDrive sales impact and go-to-market strategies across solutions, including direct & programmaticWork directly with Internal and External client customers to identify new features & functions and serve as a product expert in client meetings and solution development.Develop solutions narratives based on – data insights, use cases, customer successes and unique value and differentiators for Samsung Ads.Play an integral role in identifying and prioritizing product needs based on customers and marketplace feedback and communicate business requirements effectively to help drive an impactful product roadmap.Drive product communications and gear the business team with most relevant information on new product innovations and in-market product enhancements.Be the business & sales subject matter expert across the business in all areas of CTV, Mobile, OLV, and more.Serve as an evangelist for Samsung Ads products through partnering with PR for thought leadership social media, and speaking engagements.Qualifications:
8+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with Fortune 500 brands in the Agency and Brand space.Experience working with Programmatic technology, particularly in the area of packaging and positioning ad tech as a key element of the media buying process.Understanding of ad tech ecosystem or equivalency in adjacent area, ability to understand complex relationships across and between component areas. Experience working in an advertising technology company is a plus.Understanding & proficiency of the Programmatic & Mobile advertising landscape.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising or related field.Experience in leading training sessions for a national sales organization and helping communicate a narrative, not just product features.Ability to hold internal & external customer interviews and distill key feedback needed to move our ad tech platforms forward with clear rationale.Creativity, not willing to accept the status quo, and work to build support and consensus for ideas across teams is highly valued. Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, while understanding the day-to-day lives of TV and Media buyers either through programmatic or direct buying channels.Knowledge of agile marketing principles, what it takes to work in semi-decentralized teams with a can do attitude.
