Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management. + Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and sales pipeline review. + Experience with regionally executing a globally developed sales operations strategy. + Experience providing operational support for sales pipeline process and presenting updates to an executive audience. + Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English. Preferred qualifications: + Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of sales operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact. + Experience analyzing sales processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes. + Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies. + Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of sales process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates. + Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
