About the Role

The Go to Market (GTM) Systems Manager is responsible for optimizing processes, tools, and policies across the Commercial organization. By creating data-driven workflows, developing reports and dashboards, and providing support and training, the GTM Systems Manager will help departments better leverage Salesforce and related applications to meet business needs.

 

ResponsibilitiesProactively develop and continuously enhance workflows and processes to extend Salesforce functionality in support of evolving business needs and goalsConduct discovery calls and translate business problems/needs into detailed user stories and workflow diagramsTranslate user stories into technical requirementsExecute the plan and deliver the solution to stakeholders, OR partner with various internal/external resources to drive delivery through collaborative executionCreate detailed user guides, standard operating procedure documents, and other artifacts to aid in training and enablement of varied and diverse professionalsManage projects from scoping to completion, and coordinate internal/external resources in execution of projectsBuild and maintain a robust suite of reports and dashboards to monitor and report on individual and team KPIs and drive business decisionsDatabase gatekeeper responsible for the management and hygiene of all data in or related to SalesforceMaintain data quality standards and ensure compliance through trainingUpload lists to Salesforce in accordance with data management policyContinuously monitor new data and determine necessary training opportunities for data creatorsManage any third-party tools and services to enrich dataProvide advanced technical support and expertise to end-users of Salesforce and related applicationsWork collaboratively to create process documentation and standard operating procedures that assist in onboarding/training of end-usersCollaborate with Legal/Compliance to develop and continuously enhance contract lifecycle management workflows and tools and identify process enhancement opportunities to decrease redline timeSupport internal controls and security audits and collaborate with appropriate resources on the initiation and potential revision of policies to maintain sustainable best practicesUncover new business opportunities by leading or supporting data analysis initiatives, including but not limited to territory analysis, market penetration analysis, etc.Administer and continuously enhance compensation strategy, workflow, and related toolsIdentify and nurture super users, developing their Salesforce skill set to support daily departmental needs

 

Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Advanced degrees preferredHealthcare industry experience preferredStrong background in Revenue Operations functions, Excel, and project managementSalesforce ADM201 Certification required; additional certifications preferredMinimum 3-5 years' experience leveraging CRM applications to solve business needsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on and create narratives around project ROIExperience in implementing and working with third-party tools in the Salesforce ecosystem requiredEffective collaborator with experience working with senior leaders to recommend, plan, and execute organizational initiatives
