Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend solutions using GoLang.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Database Management:
Design, implement, and optimize complex database schemas and queries in PostgreSQL.Manage database performance, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and database tuning.Ensure data security, integrity, and scalability.Architecture and Design:
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of best practices in GoLang and PostgreSQL.Testing and Debugging:
Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and quality.Debug and resolve complex production issues efficiently.Agile Collaboration:
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Expertise:
Strong programming skills in GoLang (5+ years of experience).In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL, query optimization, and database administration.Experience with RESTful API development and integration.Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.Tools & Frameworks:
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Problem Solving:Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a focus on scalable and efficient solutions.Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.Strong organizational and time-management skills
