We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Product Manager to lead the GoldSeal MI,CT and WH product lines across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
As the Commercial Product Manager for EMEA, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the product, driving market strategy, and ensuring the product meets the needs of the regional markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, operations in both International and Global organizations while ensuring that the product aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.

Responsibilities
GoldSeal Product Management:
Monitoring incoming Line of site inventory determining proactive disposition for each asset on both regional status and/or Global status.
Ensuring linkage with HFS strategy and end of lease portfolio management, setting bluebook value to ensure you are meeting region requirements for margin and/or possible resale to another region with proactive inventory management.
Monitoring aging (P95) inventory with a goal of moving all inventory at 180 days or less.
Managing all inventory to meet or exceed Goldseal region inventory targets.
Participating in region OP setting for GoldSeal modalities.
Ensuring accountability and ownership for revenue, margin and inventory targets.
Product Strategy & Vision:
Defining and executing the product strategy for the GoldSeal product line in the EMEA market, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
Market Research:
Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth across diverse EMEA markets.
Roadmap Development:
Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and the broader regional strategy.
Orders & Sales Management:
Managing and reporting regularly Orders, Sales & Margin data in coordination with GoldSeal operations & Asset Recovery teams.
Customer Focus:
Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and requirements, working closely with key accounts and partners to ensure product-market fit and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and success in the market.
Product Launches:
Planning and executing successful product launches, working with the Product and Marketing team to drive awareness and adoption in the EMEA market.
KPI Monitoring:
Monitoring product performance and key metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize the product and ensure it meets business goals.
Promote GoldSeal:
Advertising GS initiatives to Sales / HPM / SBU / Service / LCT.
Supporting circularity projects for driving and increasing usage of refurbishment, repair and reused products, working in collaboration with SBU’s and Global team.
Compliance & Localization:
Ensuring that the product complies with local regulations and standards across various EMEA regions, adjusting features or functionality as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree and experience in Operations roles or equivalent knowledge or work experience (Sales / Modality / OTR / Services / Commercial roles),
Strong business acumen, including analytical skills,
Ability to translate strategy into business objectives,
Experience in leading or managing projects of various size, duration, and scope with multiple business clients,
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines,
Customer mindset and networked throughout the organization,
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills,
Fluent in English,
High work standard and quality, reliable, responsive, attentive to detail, result driven,
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead sustainable process changes and adapt to business and functional changes,
Rigorous and strong execution capabilities in an operational environment,
Ability to develop Plug and Play tools (Support Central/Excel/Smartsheet).
