My client based in Amsterdam , close to the airport is looking for an experience Goldsmith ( Mounter)
My client represents a distinguished group of diamond jewellery brands with a strong international and UK presence. With significant growth over recent years, their mission is to reshape and disrupt the diamond jewellery industry by being Europe's only digital-first jewellery group.

My client operates a unique handmade workshop based in Amsterdam, allowing them to offer a diverse range of bespoke designs and exceptional jewellery pieces.
All their diamonds are certified and conflict-free.

The Role:
This role is crucial to the production of engagement rings, wedding rings, and fine jewellery, and involves various manufacturing tasks including cleaning and assembling castings, resizing, polishing, and repairs.

Responsibilities:
• Resizing engagement rings, diamond set bands, and wedding bands using a laser
• Profiling and polishing jewellery
• Half shanking rings (both ladies' and gents')
• Building up claws and settings
• Soldering and a variety of jewellery repairs
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and workshop tools
• Micro setting and setting (including fancy shapes)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• 1+ years of experience as a mounter in fine jewellery
• Proficiency with precious metals (9ct/14ct/18ct and platinum) and stones, including diamonds
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Experience with laser-welding
•Ability to manage deadlines effectively and complete jobs to exceptional high standards
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with luxury jewellery

• English should be strong and Dutch conversational

• Must have full right to work in Netherlands ( no Visa sponsorship can be done at this point)
