Goldstrike - Underground Autonomous Coordinator

Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Autonomous Coordinator at our Carlin Underground Operation. The successful candidate will ensure that all Autonomous service activities operate within safety, security, and environmental policies and regulations to protect the employees and assets of the company.

Responsibilities:

Support GSUG autonomous expectations by monitoring the operations of our auto loaders. Manage and support RCT’s MDG/Cloud Historian health data logs between RCT and GSUG management team  Lead in organization of autonomous training for GSUG mechanical, operational, and technical teams Coordinate RCT semi-annual PM process and advance as necessary Liaison between RCT and GSUG’s management team Review and assist in the implementation of new policies, procedures and practices that decrease the Autonomous equipment total cost of ownership Establish plans, policies and procedures which extend the useful life of existing equipment and assets Optimize Autonomous operation Ensure all equipment performance targets and work management KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved within the constraints of the maintenance budget Develop annual budgets - prepare and submit capital budget Manage Mobilaris (Map management, people and equipment tag programming) Pitram tablets Participate in incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are successfully implemented and tracked  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mine Engineering, or equivalent trade qualifications consisting of more than five years of maintenance technician and/or maintenance leadership roles required Five (5) years direct experience to maintenance and reliability of Autonomous systems preferred Budgeting and cost management experience  Excellent safety and environmental track record required PitRam experience preferred Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS Outlook required Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems such as SAP and eAM required Proficiency in conducting failure analysis and root cause investigation techniques preferred Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work optimally in a team required
