A career at Old Course Hotel, what’s not to love? *All benefits subject to availability **About the role** As we approach high season, we are currently looking for Golf Services Associates to support our Head of Golf Services in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role will be based within our Old Course Hotel. **Duties and Responsibilities** · Providing the best possible service to all guests face to face, by telephone and email · Organize and deliver transfers for golfing guests within the hotel, ensuring prompt arrival · Making tee time reservations/ballot entries and advising guests on golfing experiences in the St Andrews area · Upsell and organize hire clubs for visiting guests · Ensure all hire clubs are stored appropriately and are well maintained · Ensure all Golf Services vehicles are maintained to the highest standard · Meeting our guests and providing golf-related information and recommendations · Ensuring all golfing bags are stored correctly and ready for guests at the appropriate time · Monitor cleanliness of the Storeroom and Golf Services Desk **About you** You will be an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for Golf! You’ll have experience working within a Golfing environment and knowledge of the local area. Excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills and a full UK Driving License are essential for this role. **Salary** This is a seasonal contract from April until October, working an average of 32 hours per week over 4 days out of 7. There will be certain weeks that you are required to work 5 days out of 7 (40hours). There is an element of weekend working and possible early starts. An excellent hourly rate up to £12.36 per hour is offered, depending on experience, along with a vast range of employee benefits.
