Overview Stonewall Resort “Open Interviews” will be held on Wednesday March 12th, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Please apply online prior to the event. The Golf Shop Clerk is responsible for professional guest interaction adhering to our Benchmark Core Commitments at all times. JOB DESCRIPTION Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies. Make tee times for guests. Perform opening and closing procedures for pro shop. Collect golf fees and complete all accompanying paperwork for accounting. Assist with merchandising products. Provide pre-tournament information to guests. Carry out the policies and procedures of Benchmark Hospitality at Stonewall Resort while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service. Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand, including evenings, weekends & holidays. Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort. Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills. Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property. Must be well-mannered, always display a helpful attitude, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times. Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior. Qualifications Must be service oriented. Ability to interact well with others. Able to accurately handle cash. Meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task effectively. Computer skills.
