Job Summary:

Starter/Ranger Guest Service Team Members are responsible for providing extraordinary hospitality and creating experiences of a lifetime. Enjoy perks such as playing golf, course discounts, retail, lodging, and restaurant discounts and more!

 

Job Specifications:

Housing: May Be Available Outlet: Beaver Creek Golf Club Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.71 / hour Shift Availability: Full Time and Part Time Typical schedule: 3 – 5 day work week, Monday through Sunday from 10am – 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

Starting Member’s and Resort guests on the golf course for their round. Regulate pace of play to ensure all players complete their round within the allotted time per round. Direct the flow of traffic while enforcing club rules and regulations and code of etiquette. Oversee the golf course grounds and assist players with and on course problems, including emergencies. Provide positive and friendly contact with all players as you drive the golf course. Report issues to the golf shop you may encounter on the golf course. Check on course restrooms while you drive the golf course. Follow rules and regulations in regards to weather policies. Other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

Valid Colorado Driver's license - required Minimum 2 years experience working on a Golf Course - required Ability to read, write, speak, comprehend and understand English fluently - required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs - required Must have good communication skills and outstanding customer service skills when interacting with guests - required Professional attitude and excellent guest service skills Ability to follow supervisor instruction Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions all day High School Diploma or equivalent - required Flexible schedule required as a variety of shifts need coverage End of season commitment - required Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays - required Resume and in-person interview - required

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.71. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
