Job Description The Digital Growth Head is a strategic leader who focuses on maximizing the value and utilization of digital tools and platforms within the organization. He/She leads the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive successful digital adoption and stickiness, ensuring that technologies are leveraged to their full potential for business growth and innovation. He/She is responsible for harnessing business value by strengthening and creating new user habits through data and technology-driven strategies, innovative growth tactics and hyper-targeted engagement. He/She finds ways to overcome adoption barriers, fostering a digital-first culture across the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Vision: Develop, implement and oversee a comprehensive growth strategy for GlobeOne and GOMO app. 

Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, brand and marketing to align GlobeOne growth initiatives

KPI Accountability: Drive Adoption, MAU and MTU growth for GlobeOne and GOMO App

Growth Capabilities and Innovation: Unlock new digital capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation that drive user and business growth, and create new use cases that drive GlobeOne adoption, retention and stickiness

Organizational Building: Build and lead a digital growth team to plan, create, implement and drive comprehensive initiatives to drive digital ambitions of Globe.

Scaling Growth Practice: Create frameworks for testing, optimizing, and scaling digital growth models, engagement and habit-building initiatives.

Drive Digital Insighting and Digital Data Ecosystem: Establish a robust process for continuous improvement, using analytics to refine behavior-building strategies and drive measurable outcomes including the digital platforms necessary to support the process.

Promote a Digital-First Culture: Foster a mindset that embraces digital transformation and encourages continuous learning and adaptation.

Product Management: define and oversee GOMO and GlobeOne apps’ product lifecycle, including ideation, launch, performance monitoring and implementing improvements/adjustments, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and business goals
