Job Description As a Growth and Product Analyst for GOMO, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing product features to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to turn data into insights that support business decisions and optimize the GOMO app user experience.Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze user behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness to uncover insights that support growth and product decisions.
Experimentation & Testing: Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to assess the impact of product changes and marketing initiatives.
Growth Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (e.g., acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue) for the GOMO App, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
User Journey Optimization: Work with product and brand to analyze and optimize user journeys, identifying areas to improve conversion rates and overall experience.
Product Feature Analysis: Evaluate feature usage, adoption, and user satisfaction to provide insights that inform product roadmaps and prioritize development efforts.
Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Conduct forecasting and trend analysis to predict user growth, engagement patterns, and revenue potential for the GOMO App.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data and provide insights to various teams, making complex data easily understandable and actionable.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, growth analytics, or product analytics within a digital, tech, or app-based environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Testing & Experimentation: Hands-on experience with A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and other experimental methods to validate growth and product hypotheses.
Product & Growth Mindset: Understanding of growth metrics, user engagement drivers, and the customer lifecycle for digital products.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative Approach: Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, especially with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and relevance in data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
Programming: Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
App Analytics: Experience with app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, DXAs - Digital Experience Analytics, CEPs - Customer Engagement Platforms) and an understanding of mobile app growth metrics.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with telco products or digital subscription services is a plus.
