Goods In Coordinator
Job Description


Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting a Full Time Goods in Coordinator for our client in Newry,

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

General housekeeping of parts store/goods in areaReceipt of parts and completion of stock handling in a timely and accurate mannerEnsure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantityAccurate processing of all goods receipt paperworkDeliver stock to correct area of stores and place in correct locationsUpdate company system to enable accurate stock level maintenanceReturn of parts in line with the Volvo warranty return procedureAssist with picking orders as requiredAssist with stocktaking as requiredAdhere to Company Health and Safety regulationsCarrying out other duties relevant to the job role as required


Criteria

Good communication skills - written and verbalPossess previous experience of working in a similar role, involving work in goods in /stores/parts environmentPossess a working knowledge of good practice relating to Health & Safety regulationsMust be IT literate


Desired Criteria

Possession of a current forklift licence would be desirable


The core hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, however
